Unison tasked Elephant to overhaul their digital experience. In a sea of FinTech startups, Unison wanted to set itself apart and improve conversion in their digital experience by investing in their brand strategy and a well-thought-out experience.

The Client
Unison is a co-investment partner that helps people unlock the residential real estate market so they can reach their dreams.

Unison makes long-term investments in individual residential properties through two innovative products: HomeOwner and HomeBuyer
The Challenge
We had a big challenge to work on from the get go: to design the product at the same time as research was being done and the new branding was being conducted.

Because of this overlap the design team sat in on meetings with the strategy team in addition to working closely with Cutwater, the branding partner, to create a cohesive brand and product.
UX - Key pages
We knew we had to enhance Unison's landing page to be able to improve conversion, but most importantly we had to pin down key pages in order to simplify the product flows.

We simplified the homepage and narrowed it down to three modules: company introduction, product explanation and testimonials. We left all the features and benefits on the product page with an option to expand more details for each feature.
Design system
Once we had the website structure in place, we started putting together a design system.
