Our challenge was to re-design the app for Brazil's biggest private bank, creating a customer experience on par with Itaú's strong reputation for value-driven services.
Strategy and Design
The new Itaú banking app was designed based upon three pillars: it had to have easily found
self-service; it had to be effortless to learn and use; and it had to feature context-based sales and management.  

Design thinking was applied throughout the project with a constant focus on customers' needs. This enabled the team to build a relationship platform that offers a great end-to-end experience and makes life easier for customers.
